This allows workshops to band beveled edges (from 30° to 90°) with the same ease as straight edges. 1. 30°-90° Angle Versatility
The defining feature of the HE-305B is its flexibility.
Bevel Mode: Loosen the lock and tilt the operational unit to band edges at any angle between 30 degrees and 90 degrees. This is essential for creating seamless miter joints.
Straight Mode: Lock it at 90 degrees, and it functions as a powerful straight edge bander for standard panels up to 60mm height.
2. Pneumatic Feeding & Cutting Automation
Manual doesn’t mean “imprecise.” The HE-305B integrates a pneumatic edge banding feeding and cutting system.

FAQ: Why do I need a Bevel Edge Bander?
Can’t I just use a regular machine and tilt the board?
No. Holding a board at a perfect 45-degree angle against a standard machine manually is impossible to do consistently. The HE-305B tilts the glue roller and tape, allowing you to feed the board flat (or supported). This ensures constant pressure and a perfect bond on the slope.
Is it difficult to switch between 45° and 90°?
