Purpose:
The HYG Automatic CNC Six Sides Boring Machine HD-812 for Panel Furniture Production Line with six drilling and two milling groups with tool change on two independent tables is designed for high-speed processing of workpieces from six sides in the through mode, which allows increasing the processing efficiency. The machine is used for serial production.

PROCESSING UNIT
The equipment comprises four drill packages and four 3.5 kW spindles. The configuration of the upper processing unit includes two 3.5 kW spindles along with 12 vertical drills. Similarly, the lower processing unit is equipped with two 3.5 kW spindles and nine vertical drills.
Working table
The pneumatic float table allows for precise machining, enabling drilling on all six sides of the board and slotting on both the upper and lower surfaces to be efficiently completed in a single clamping process.

The high-speed double gripper design minimizes the need for gripper replacements, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
