Designed for “Super-High-Gloss” and luxury furniture production, the HE-968-X3 eliminates the traditional glue pot constraints to achieve a seamless, waterproof, and heat-resistant bond that looks like a single piece of material. The Technologies of Perfection
1. Laser Edge Banding Technology (Zero Glue Line)
The HE-968-X3 utilizes a high-energy rectangular laser module.
Instant Activation: Unlike glue pots that require heating, the laser output is stable and requires no pre-heating wait time, boosting startup efficiency.
Seamless Bond: The laser melts the functional polymer layer of the co-extruded edge band instantly. This fuses the band to the panel without any adhesive layer, creating the coveted “Zero Glue Line” effect that is completely waterproof and invisible to the naked eye.
2. Horizontal Double End Cutting
Standard end trimming can sometimes jar delicate boards. The HE-968-X3 upgrades to a Horizontal Linear Cutting System.
Closed-Loop Control: Using precision sensors and a horizontal cutting path, the unit prevents any impact or collision with the panel face.
Reliability: This structure is smoother and more reliable than vertical chopping, ensuring that even the most fragile high-gloss corners are trimmed without chipping.
3. Hybrid Gluing Capability (Laser + Dual Glue)

Gluing and pressing
The glue line is slight and the edge band does not run off.
End Cutting
Fast and stable, without bumping the board.
Rough Trimming
The rough trimming knife removes excess edge banding strips to form rounded corners, making the trimming nicer.
Fine Trimming
Fine trimming is to repair the board more carefully on the basis of rough trimming, so as to make the board nicer.
Chamfering
The four corners after the edge banding are trimmed into a small arc to make it smoother and not stab your hands.
Scraping
The super-hard alloy R knife scrapes the fine lines of the edge strip to make it smooth.
Buffing
The cloth wheel quickly polishes the edge of the edge strip, and the polishing wheel has a larger use area and better polishing effect.
