Automatic Bevel Edge Banding Machine with Integrated Forming (Model HE-765)
The automated solution for “Handle-less” furniture design. The HYG HE-765 is the foundational model of our Series 7, specifically engineered for the mass production of 45-degree bevel edges, finger-pull drawers, and minimalist kitchen doors.
Unlike standard edge banders that require pre-cut angled boards, the HE-765 features a built-in Bevel Forming Station. You feed a standard rectangular panel, and the machine automatically mills the edge profile and applies the band in a single pass. This is the key to unlocking high-margin “J-Pull” or “Shark Nose” aesthetics without complex CNC machining.
Mastering the 45-Degree Angle
H3: 1. Integrated Bevel Forming (Milling)
The process starts with raw power. The HE-765 is equipped with high-speed heavy-duty milling motors to shape the board edge.
The Advantage: It converts a square edge into a precision bevel profile instantly. This eliminates the need for a sliding table saw to cut the angle, reducing handling time and cutting errors.
2. Smart Tape Grooving & Folding
Banding a sharp corner often causes PVC tape to turn white or crack. The HE-765 solves this with a Side Grooving unit.
Technology: The machine cuts a precise V-groove on the back of the edge band material before it touches the board. This allows the stiff PVC/Acrylic tape to fold around the geometric angle smoothly, creating a sharp, crisp line without stress marks.
3. Dual Gluing System (Bevel + Straight)
Geometry requires adhesion on multiple faces. The machine employs a sophisticated Dual Gluing Process:
Bevel Gluing: Applies glue to the angled surface.
Straight Gluing: Applies glue to the remaining straight edge.
Result: Combined with Heating Lamps 1 & 2, this ensures the tape bonds permanently to the complex profile, preventing peeling even in humid kitchen environments.
4. High-Power 23KW Infrastructure
Shaping wood and banding simultaneously demands torque. The HE-765 boasts a Total Power of 23 KW.
Performance: This is exceptionally high for a 5-meter machine, ensuring the Bevel Forming motors cut through MDF or Plywood smoothly while maintaining a steady 10-15 m/min feed rate.
The Specialized Bevel Workflow

Bevel Forming: Mills the square board edge into the desired angle/shape.
Bevel Gluing: Applies adhesive to the sloped surface.
Heating Lamp 1: Maintains glue temperature.
Side Grooving: Scores the edge tape for easy folding.
Straight Gluing: Applies adhesive to the vertical edge.
Heating Lamp 2: Ensures optimal bonding temperature.
Bevel/Straight Edge Pressing: Rollers apply pressure to both faces simultaneously.
Bevel Edge Trimming: Removes excess tape flush with the angle.
End Cutting: Precision flush cuts front and rear.
Scraping: Smooths the surface.
Cleaning: Removes glue residue.
Buffing: Polishes the beveled edge.

Gluing and pressing
The glue line is slight and the edge band does not run off.
End Cutting
Fast and stable, without bumping the board.
Rough Trimming
The rough trimming knife removes excess edge banding strips to form rounded corners, making the trimming nicer.
Fine Trimming
Fine trimming is to repair the board more carefully on the basis of rough trimming, so as to make the board nicer.
Chamfering
The four corners after the edge banding are trimmed into a small arc to make it smoother and not stab your hands.
Scraping
The super-hard alloy R knife scrapes the fine lines of the edge strip to make it smooth.
Buffing
The cloth wheel quickly polishes the edge of the edge strip, and the polishing wheel has a larger use area and better polishing effect.
