1. Specialized for Aluminum Honeycomb (Triple Pressing)

Bonding edge tape to a hollow aluminum honeycomb structure is notoriously difficult. The HE-868-4P solves this with an extended pressure zone consisting of Three Independent 6-Wheel Pressing Stations (18 wheels total) followed by an auxiliary pressing unit.

• The Logic: Instead of one heavy hit, we apply consistent, distributed pressure over a long distance. This ensures the PUR glue cools and sets perfectly against the thin panel skin without deforming the hollow internal structure.

2. Four-Head High-Speed Corner Rounding

Standard machines use 1 or 2 motors for corner rounding. The 8-Series upgrades to a Four-Motor High-Speed Tracking System.

• Performance: With four independent high-frequency motors, each corner of the panel is machined by a dedicated unit. This allows for faster feed speeds and a significantly smoother, more stable radius profile compared to dual-motor systems.

3. Double Column End Cutting

Stability is the enemy of vibration. We have replaced the standard linear track with a Double Column Structure for the end-cutting station.

• Precision: The cutting unit travels on dual precision linear guides. This “H-frame” style stability ensures that even when cutting thick 3mm tape or aluminum strips at high speed, the cut is perfectly flush with zero deflection.

4. PUR One-Key Color Switching

The machine features a Dual-Pot PUR System with “No-Clean” technology.

• Versatility: Switch between clear PUR (for aluminum/glass looks) and white PUR (for matching tapes) instantly via the touchscreen. The system seals the inactive pot, preventing the PUR from curing, saving hours of cleaning time.
