Why add Pre-milling to a bevel machine? Because consistency is key.

  • The Problem: If a panel has slight “banana” curvature or saw marks, the subsequent Bevel Forming unit will mill an uneven slope (deep at ends, shallow in middle).

  • The Solution: The HE-768PR’s Pre-milling Unit shaves the panel edge perfectly straight before it reaches the forming station. This guarantees that the 45° bevel profile is machined with absolute constant depth along the entire length of the door.
