The “5-Stage” Perfection Workflow

1. Gluing & Pressing: Automatically applies hot melt adhesive and pneumatically presses PVC, Acrylic, or ABS tape firmly onto the panel.

2. End Trimming: High-precision saws cut the excess tape at both the front and rear ends of the panel.

3. Fine Trimming: Removes excess material from the top and bottom edges, creating a smooth, flush radius.

4. Scraping: Eliminates any “chatter marks” left by the trimmers for a super-smooth finish.

5. Buffing: The innovative polishing structure with adjustable motors cleans the edge and restores the original color/shine of the PVC tape.

What is the difference between Fine Trimming and Scraping?

• Fine Trimming: Uses high-speed cutters to remove the bulk of the excess edge tape.

• Scraping: Uses a rigid blade to smooth out the tiny “knife marks” left by the trimmers. The HE-465 includes both, ensuring your edges feel smooth to the touch, like a factory-finished iPhone box.

Is this machine difficult to maintain?

No. Because we use branded components (Delta, SCM), replacement parts are available globally. The Taiwan Delta frequency controller also protects the motors from voltage spikes, significantly extending the machine’s service life.
