Designed for luxury furniture manufacturers, this machine does more than just create the “J-Pull” shape; it perfects it. By automatically rounding the sharp vertical corners of the panel, the HE-768R delivers a door that is not only visually stunning but also smooth and safe to the touch, eliminating the need for manual post-processing.

1. Advanced Profile Tracking (Corner Rounding)
Standard bevel machines leave sharp 90-degree corners that can scratch users. The HE-768R integrates a specialized tracking unit.
The Function: It tracks the leading and trailing edges of the moving panel, machining the vertical corners into a smooth radius.
The Difficulty: Tracking a beveled/geometric edge is complex. Our technology ensures the rounding tool follows the unique 45° profile perfectly, ensuring consistency across thousands of doors.
2. Complete “Bevel + Straight” Integrity
Like the HE-768, this model features the Six-Wheel Pressing System and dual trimming/scraping stations.
Precision: It treats the angled slope and the vertical lip as distinct surfaces, trimming and scraping them separately. The addition of Profile Tracking ensures that even the transition points at the corners are seamless.
3. Integrated Forming & Grooving
The process begins with raw efficiency.
Bevel Forming: High-speed motors mill the square board into the handle shape.
Side Grooving: Precisely scores the tape to allow it to fold tightly around the acute angle without whitening or cracking—a “must-have” for high-quality acrylic tapes.
4. The 7.4-Meter Industrial Chassis
To accommodate the Profile Tracking unit, the machine frame is extended to 7400 mm.
Stability: This extra length ensures that the delicate corner rounding operation is physically isolated from the vibration of the heavy bevel forming motors. Powered by a 25 KW system, it maintains a steady 10-18 m/min production speed.

Gluing and pressing
The glue line is slight and the edge band does not run off.
End Cutting
Fast and stable, without bumping the board.
Rough Trimming
The rough trimming knife removes excess edge banding strips to form rounded corners, making the trimming nicer.
Fine Trimming
Fine trimming is to repair the board more carefully on the basis of rough trimming, so as to make the board nicer.
Chamfering
The four corners after the edge banding are trimmed into a small arc to make it smoother and not stab your hands.
Scraping
The super-hard alloy R knife scrapes the fine lines of the edge strip to make it smooth.
Buffing
The cloth wheel quickly polishes the edge of the edge strip, and the polishing wheel has a larger use area and better polishing effect.
