HYG Automatic CNC Six Sides Boring Machine HD-612B-4 for Panel Furniture Production Line with two drilling groups at the top and bottom for drilling from 6 sides.It is designed for high-precision drilling of blind and through holes in the planes and ends of furniture parts in the through mode, according to a given additive map. The machine is equipped with a milling unit, which allows milling straight and curved grooves.
The main feature of this model over other models of the line of HYG CNC drilling machines is the possibility of retrofitting the machine with robotic and other automation tools.

Configuration
The upper processing unit is equipped with two 3.5 kW spindle and 24 vertical drills. The lower processing unit features a 3.5 kW spindle and 9 vertical drills.

The pneumatic float table allows for precise machining, enabling drilling on all six sides of the board and slotting on both the upper and lower surfaces to be efficiently completed in a single clamping process.
