HYG Automatic CNC Drilling Center Milling Machine HD-612B CNC drilling center with two drilling groups from above and below for drilling from 6 sides (workpiece size 1200 * 3000 mm), from HYG Machinery is designed for high-precision drilling of blind and through holes in the planes and ends of furniture parts in the through mode, according to a given additive map. The machine is equipped with Double drill package work more efficiently.

Configuration
The upper processing unit is equipped with a 3.5 kW spindle and 12 vertical drills. The lower processing unit features a 3.5 kW spindle and 9 vertical drills.
Working table
The pneumatic float table allows for precise machining, enabling drilling on all six sides of the board and slotting on both the upper and lower surfaces to be efficiently completed in a single clamping process.
Double clamps

High-speed side feeding device

Y-axis transmission system

Work piece scanning device
Armed with a scanning gun, it seamlessly integrates with design and profile drawing software, eliminating the need for programming or debugging.
