The HYG HE-965 represents the apex of our machine lineup, introducing the Crawler (Track) Conveyor System to replace standard chain pads. This model is engineered specifically as an Aluminum-Wood Integrated Machine, designed to process heavy solid wood and delicate aluminum honeycomb panels with zero surface scratching and maximum traction.

The “Crawler & Belt” Advantage
1. Customizable Crawler (Track) Conveyor
Unlike the 8-Series chain drive, the 9-Series adopts a Crawler Belt Transmission.
Surface Protection: The continuous track creates a large contact area with the panel, eliminating the “teeth marks” or slippage that can occur with traditional chain pads on heavy or slippery materials (like aluminum).
Customization: The track width, pitch, and contact pressure can be customized to suit your specific material density, ensuring delicate handling for hollow cores or rigid grip for solid wood.
2. Hybrid “Wheel + Belt” Pressing System
Adhesion is everything. The HE-965 features a revolutionary Two-Stage Pressing Unit:
Stage 1 (Wheels): A combination of 3 Steel Wheels + 3 Silicon Wheels provides the initial high-impact pressure to set the glue.
Stage 2 (Belt Pressing): A dedicated Belt Pressing Unit applies continuous, uniform pressure over a longer length. This “holding pressure” is critical for Aluminum and PUR applications (optional), allowing the bond to cure without spring-back.
3. Aluminum & Wood “All-in-One”
This machine is a true hybrid.
Versatility: It is calibrated to handle the disparate requirements of rigid Aluminum/Honeycomb panels and porous MDF/Wood panels.
Optional PUR: The machine is ready for our New Design Rapid-Melt PUR Station (Optional), which elevates water resistance and bonding strength for aluminum applications to a marine-grade level.
4. 4-Motor High-Speed Chamfering
Inheriting the best of the 8-Series, the HE-965 utilizes Four High-Frequency Motors for corner rounding. This ensures that even at high throughput, every corner is rounded with soft-touch precision, essential for high-end furniture safety.

Gluing and pressing
The glue line is slight and the edge band does not run off.
End Cutting
Fast and stable, without bumping the board.
Rough Trimming
The rough trimming knife removes excess edge banding strips to form rounded corners, making the trimming nicer.
Fine Trimming
Fine trimming is to repair the board more carefully on the basis of rough trimming, so as to make the board nicer.
Chamfering
The four corners after the edge banding are trimmed into a small arc to make it smoother and not stab your hands.
Scraping
The super-hard alloy R knife scrapes the fine lines of the edge strip to make it smooth.
Buffing
The cloth wheel quickly polishes the edge of the edge strip, and the polishing wheel has a larger use area and better polishing effect.
